Successful Claim definition

Successful Claim means the claim is finally decided in your favour by payment of Compensation from the Third Party or a reduction in the outstanding balance as a result of the claim.
Successful Claim means Your Claim is finally decided in Your favour, whether by a Court decision or Settlement or in any way that You obtain benefit from pursuing the Claim. “Finally” means that the Company and/or any Affiliate is not allowed to appeal against the Court decision or Settlement; has not appealed in time; or has lost any appeal.
