Successful Registration definition
Successful Registration means the occurrence of all of the following: (i) the receipt of the Registered Revised Charter and (ii) the receipt of the Reissued Licenses;
Successful Registration means, (i) in respect of each of the legal entities organized in Ukraine and involved in the TET Restructuring and the CME Restructuring, the receipt of the Registered Revised Charter of such Person and (ii) with respect to TET, the Subsidiaries of TET, Gravis, ZHYSA and TOR, the receipt by such Person of the respective Reissued Licenses;
Examples of Successful Registration in a sentence
In particular, Kolomoisky agrees that he shall not take, and shall procure that none of his Controlled Parties or any Other Optionholder takes, any action that would result in the imposition of any new injunction, renewal of a previous injunction or similar court relief that would prohibit a Successful Registration or the consummation of the Sale Transfers.
