Successor Cases definition

Successor Cases means any case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code upon the conversion of any of these Cases, or in any proceedings superseding or related to any of the foregoing.
Successor Cases shall have the meaning given to such term in the Interim Order (or Final Order, when applicable).
Successor Cases means any of the Chapter 11 Cases upon its conversion to a case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Examples of Successor Cases in a sentence

  • Any order entered by the Court in relation to the establishment of a bar date for any claim (including any administrative claim) in any of the Chapter 11 Cases or any Successor Cases shall not apply to the DIP Facility Agent, the other DIP Secured Parties, or Secured Parties.

  • None of the DIP Facility Agent, the other DIP Secured Parties, or the Secured Parties shall be required to file proofs of claim in any of the Chapter 11 Cases or any Successor Cases for any claim allowed herein, and the stipulations in paragraph G‎ shall be deemed to constitute a timely filed proof of claim with respect to the Prepetition Secured Obligations against each of the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • The terms and provisions of this Final Order and the DIP Documents shall continue in these Chapter 11 Cases, and in any Successor Cases (including if these Chapter 11 Cases cease to be jointly administered or in any superseding chapter 7 cases under the Bankruptcy Code).

  • None of the DIP Secured Parties or Secured Parties shall be responsible for the payment or reimbursement of any fees or disbursements of any Professional Person incurred in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases or any Successor Cases under any chapter of the Bankruptcy Code, regardless of whether such fees or expenses have been allowed by the Court.


More Definitions of Successor Cases

Successor Cases means, with respect to the Chapter 11 Cases, any subsequent proceedings under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Related to Successor Cases

  • Successor Corporation means a corporation, or a parent or subsidiary thereof within the meaning of Section 424(a) of the Code, which issues or assumes a stock option in a transaction to which Section 424(a) of the Code applies.

  • Successor Rate means a successor to or replacement of the Original Reference Rate which is formally recommended by any Relevant Nominating Body.

  • Successor Entity means the Person (or, if so elected by the Holder, the Parent Entity) formed by, resulting from or surviving any Fundamental Transaction or the Person (or, if so elected by the Holder, the Parent Entity) with which such Fundamental Transaction shall have been entered into.
