Where the College uses Sub-Contracts and other agreements to deliver the Services and these agreements are part of framework agreements that the College has with its third party suppliers, the College will provide sufficient information and assistance to enable the Successor College or the Department to enter into an agreement with such supplier directly.
The College is required to ensure it performs its obligations to assist in the orderly transition of the Services from the College to the Department and/or any Successor College in the event of termination (including partial termination) or expiry of this Agreement.
Where the College uses Subcontracts and other agreements to deliver the Services and these agreements are part of framework agreements that the College has with its third party suppliers, the College will provide sufficient information and assistance to enable the Successor College or the Department to enter into an agreement with such supplier directly.
The College will within six (6) months after the Services Start Date maintain an Exit Plan which sets out the College's proposed methodology for achieving an orderly transition of Services from the College to the Department and/or its Successor College on the expiry or termination of this Agreement and which complies with the requirements set out in Paragraphs 5.2 and 5.3 below.
