The Members or Successor Members of the LLC may change the LLC’s principal place of business from time to time upon Board approval.
Such powers of appointment shall not be assignable, voluntarily or involuntarily, by either of the foregoing named Successor Members except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
The initial Capital Contribution of each of the Successor Members is set forth on Exhibit A.
The Company and Successor Members hereby ratify all such filings with the Secretary of State.
