Successor Provider definition

Successor Provider means the person nominated by the Department to undertake the services substantially the same as the Services after the termination of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Successor Provider

Successor Provider means successor provider of operation and maintenance services with respect to the System and/or administrative services with respect to this Agreement.
