Successor Satellite means any satellite containing [********************] that PanAmSat launches or causes to be launched to replace the Primary Satellite (or, if Customer makes a [*******************] of [**************] on a [**************************] to [*********] such [************************] at its presently assigned location or at such [************************ ************] to which the FCC may authorize the Primary Satellite to be moved, or, to the extent that this Section 16.1 survives the termination of this Agreement under clause (e) above, the [**************************] of the Primary Satellite from which Customer [************************] provided under this Agreement.
