Successor Servicing Fee Rate definition
Successor Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to any Payment Date, 1.75% per annum.
Successor Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class Successor Servicing Fee Rates for the Receivables, weighted on the basis of the Principal Balance of Receivables of each Class as of the close of business on the last day of the second preceding Collection Period.
