Successor Trusts definition

Successor Trusts means, collectively, Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2001-1A-1-S, Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2001-1A-2-S, Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2001-1B-S and, if Class C Certificates are issued, Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2001-1C-S.
Successor Trusts is amended by replacing the word "and" appearing therein with a comma and adding at the end of such definition the following: "and Continental Airlines Pass Through Trust 2001-2D-S".
Successor Trusts shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
