Each of the Corresponding Series of the Current Trust and the respective Successor Trust each agree to make and provide representations with respect to such Corresponding Series and the respective Successor Trusts which are reasonably necessary to enable ▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ LLP to deliver an opinion substantially as set forth in this paragraph 8.5, which opinion may address such other federal income tax consequences, if any, that ▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ LLP believes to be material to the transaction.
