Sufficient Power Potential definition

Sufficient Power Potential means that Power Potential which, in the sole judgment of Lessee shall be sufficient for the Commercial sale or utilization thereof, or shall warrant the construction of facilities for the Commercial sale or other utilization thereof, or shall justify additional drilling or other operations on the leased land;

Examples of Sufficient Power Potential in a sentence

  • For the second five (5) year period of the lease, Lessee shall, on or before each succeeding anniversary date during the primary term hereunder, pay or tender to Lessor an annual rental in the amount of FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15.00) per acre , until such time as from the drilling of a well or xxxxx on the leased land, or lands pooled, unitized or combined therewith, there has been established to the satisfaction of the Lessee the existence of Sufficient Power Potential in Commercial quantities.

  • For the second five (5) year period of the lease, Lessee shall, on or before each succeeding anniversary date during the primary term hereunder, pay or tender to Lessor an annual rental in the amount of SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($7.50) per acre, until such time as from the drilling of a well or xxxxx on the leased land, or lands pooled, unitized or combined therewith, there has been established to the satisfaction of the Lessee the existence of Sufficient Power Potential in Commercial quantities.

  • As a further condition of this lease, Lessee must develop the Pooled Lands with due diligence, taking into consideration good geothermal exploration and development practices, and in connection therewith Lessee shall furnish to Lessor's designated consultant, as reasonably requested by Lessor, evidence of Lessee's diligence and basis of determination of the capability of production of Sufficient Power Potential and/or Extractable Minerals in Commercial quantities.

  • For the second five (5) year period of the lease, Lessee shall, on or before each succeeding anniversary date during the primary term hereunder, pay or tender to Lessor an annual rental in the amount of FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) per acre, until such time as from the drilling of a well or xxxxx on the leased land, or lands pooled, unitized or combined therewith, there has been established to the satisfaction of the Lessee the existence of Sufficient Power Potential in Commercial quantities.

Related to Sufficient Power Potential

  • relevant power means any power, whether exercisable by voting or otherwise and whether excisable alone or in association with others-

  • net power means the power obtained on a test bench at the end of the crankshaft or its equivalent at the corresponding engine speed with the auxiliaries and equipment listed in Table 1 of Annex 4 to this Regulation, determined under reference atmospheric conditions;

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.

  • Market power means the ability to impose on customers a sustained price for a product or service above the price that would prevail in a competitive market.

  • Infirm Power means electricity injected into the grid prior to the commercial operation of a unit or block of the generating station;

  • Station Power means energy used for operating the electric equipment on the site of a generation facility located in the PJM Region or for the heating, lighting, air-conditioning and office equipment needs of buildings on the site of such a generation facility that are used in the operation, maintenance, or repair of the facility. Station Power does not include any energy (i) used to power synchronous condensers; (ii) used for pumping at a pumped storage facility; (iii) used in association with restoration or black start service; or (iv) that is Direct Charging Energy.

  • Solar Power means power generated from the Solar Photovoltaic Power Project;

  • Power boiler means a boiler in which steam or other vapor is generated at a pressure of more than 15 psig for use external to itself or a boiler in which water is heated and intended for operation at pressures in excess of 160 psig and/or temperatures in excess of 250 degrees F by the direct application of energy from the combustion of fuels or from electricity, solar or nuclear energy.

  • necessary skills means skills and experience, other than professional qualifications, specified by the Corporation as appropriate for members to have;

  • Unreasonable adverse effects on the environment means any unreasonable risk to humans or the environment, taking into account the economic, social, and environmental costs and benefits of the use of any pesticide.

  • Power Pool means the scheme operated by the Independent System Operator under the Act for exchange of Energy and financial settlement for the exchange of Energy;

  • Reactive Power means the power component which does not produce work but is necessary to allow some equipment to operate, and is measured in kiloVolt Amperes Reactive (kVAR);

  • prescribed authority means the authorities specified in Rule 12 of Plastic Waste Management and Handling Rules, 2016, and Commissioner, Municipal Corporations, Chief Executive Officer/Executive Officer, Urban Local Bodies ;

  • high-efficiency cogeneration means cogeneration meeting the criteria laid down in Annex II;

  • Repower means to replace an existing engine with a newer, cleaner engine or power source that is certified by EPA and, if applicable, CARB, to meet a more stringent set of engine emission standards. Repower includes, but is not limited to, diesel engine replacement with an engine certified for use with diesel or a clean alternate fuel, diesel engine replacement with an electric power source (e.g., grid, battery), diesel engine replacement with a fuel cell, diesel engine replacement with an electric generator(s) (genset), diesel engine upgrades in Ferries/Tugs with an EPA Certified Remanufacture System, and/or diesel engine upgrades in Ferries/Tugs with an EPA Verified Engine Upgrade. All-Electric and fuel cell Repowers do not require EPA or CARB certification.

  • Submerged fill pipe means any fill pipe the discharge opening of which is entirely submerged when the liquid level is six inches above the bottom of the tank, or when applied to a tank which is loaded from the side, shall mean any fill pipe the discharge opening of which is entirely submerged when the liquid level is eighteen inches above the bottom of the tank.

  • High voltage bus means the electrical circuit, including the coupling system for charging the REESS, that operates on a high voltage.

  • Structural pest control means a use requiring a license under Chapter 14 (commencing with Section 8500), Division 3, of the Business and Professions Code.

  • Queue Position means the priority assigned to an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request pursuant to applicable provisions of Tariff, Part VI.

  • cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;

  • Permitted Section 5(d) Communication means the Section 5(d) Written Communication(s) and Marketing Materials listed on Schedule C attached hereto. All references in this Agreement to the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus and the Prospectus shall include the documents incorporated or deemed to be incorporated by reference therein. All references in this Agreement to financial statements and schedules and other information which are “contained,” “included” or “stated” in, or “part of” the Registration Statement, the Rule 462(b) Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus, and all other references of like import, shall be deemed to mean and include all such financial statements and schedules and other information which is or is deemed to be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Rule 462(b) Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus, as the case may be. All references in this Agreement to amendments or supplements to the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus shall be deemed to mean and include the filing of any document under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder (collectively, the “Exchange Act”) that is or is deemed to be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus, or the Prospectus, as the case may be. All references in this Agreement to (i) the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus or the Prospectus, any amendments or supplements to any of the foregoing, or any free writing prospectus, shall include any copy thereof filed with the Commission pursuant to its Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System (“XXXXX”) and (ii) the Prospectus shall be deemed to include any “electronic Prospectus” provided for use in connection with the offering of the Offered Shares as contemplated by Section 3(n) of this Agreement. The Company hereby confirms its agreements with the Underwriters as follows:

  • high voltage means the classification of an electric component or circuit, if its working voltage is > 60 V and ≤ 1500 V DC or > 30 V and ≤ 1000 V AC root mean square (rms).
