Suitability Criteria definition

Suitability Criteria means those criteria set out in Schedule 5; Initial Business Plan means the business plan for the Group as at the date of this agreement;
Suitability Criteria has the meaning given to it in Clause 9-3(1) below.
Suitability Criteria means the criteria in sections 19, 48, 50 and/ or 50A of the Financial Services and Markets Act (Financial Promotions) Order 2005 as applicable to you, or any other criteria Financial Pulse Limited may determine from time to time.
