Sukuk Trustee means NMC Healthcare Sukuk Limited (in its capacity as trustee), acting through the Sukuk Delegate;
Sukuk Trustee means PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO), domiciled and having its principal place of business in Central Jakarta, or any of its successors, acting for its own account and under this Sukuk Ijarah Trustee Agreement acting for the interest of all the Sukuk Ijarah Holders.
