Summary Financial Reports definition

Summary Financial Reports means the summary financial report which is derived from and summaries the complete annual Directors’ report and the Auditors’ report and as defined in the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 32 of Laws of Hong Kong.

Related to Summary Financial Reports

  • Financial Report means the annual financial report prepared under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act for the Company and its controlled entities;

  • Monthly Financial Statements is defined in Section 6.2(c).
