Summer Member definition
Summer Member means a maximum of one adult representative from each family with one or more swimmers whose registration is accepted to swim with the Club for a Summer Session.

Upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, as soon as practicable after the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Articles VI and VII of this Agreement, the Contribution shall be effectuated by each Summer Member delivering to Castwell an Assignment of Membership Units substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (each, an “Assignment”, and collectively, the “Assignments”).
