Summit Common Stock definition

Summit Common Stock means the common stock, par value $2.50 per share, of Summit.
Summit Common Stock means the $100.00 par value common stock of SUMMIT.
Summit Common Stock means the common stock without par value of Summit Bancorp, of which 234,916 shares are issued and outstanding as of the date hereof.
