Sunday Letter definition

Sunday Letter shall only adopt the terms set out herein after the implementation of a forty (40) hour per week schedule. There shall be a three (3) months training period in which to prepare personnel necessary to effect the change from a forty-two (42) hour to a forty (40) hour per week schedule. The foregoing is to be considered as supplementary to Article VI, Section 2 - Overtime, of the B.C. Standard Labour Agreement and supersedes all existing local agreements in respect of the computation of overtime for Sunday and Holiday work.
