SUPER BUILT AREA definition

SUPER BUILT AREA means the built-up area forming part of the Flat/Unit/Apartment and such proportionate share in the common parts and portions as may be determined by the Architect for the time being in respect of the said Project and any certificate given by him shall be final, conclusive and binding.
SUPER BUILT AREA means 25% in addition to the built up area.
