Super Prime Time means the time period between 19:15 – 21:15 of each day of the calendar week in relation to TV NOVA;
Super Prime Time means the time period between 19:30 – 21:30 of each day of the calendar week in relation to TV NOVA;
Prime Time in the Emergency Department is defined as the months of June, July and August and December.
RFB means this Request for Bids and any addenda hereto.
CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Disclosure Time means, (i) if this Agreement is signed on a day that is not a Trading Day or after 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) and before midnight (New York City time) on any Trading Day, 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the Trading Day immediately following the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent, and (ii) if this Agreement is signed between midnight (New York City time) and 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) on any Trading Day, no later than 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent.
Garden State Growth Zone or "growth zone" means the four

Fitch: Fitch Ratings or any successor thereto. If Fitch is designated as a Rating Agency in the Preliminary Statement, for purposes of Section 11.5(b) the address for notices to Fitch shall be Fitch, Inc., Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Attention: Residential Mortgage Surveillance Group, or such other address as Fitch may hereafter furnish to the Depositor and the Master Servicer.
ITC (this Section2 of the RFP) means the Instructions to Consultants that provides the Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.

Double time means twice the straight-time rate.
