Cover Sheet means the cover sheet to this Agreement, which is incorporated into this Agreement.
Team Sheet means a form provided by the Competition on which the names of the Players taking part in a Competition match are listed.
Offer Sheet means Bidder’s firm offer submitted to Purchaser in accordance with the specification.
Data Sheet means an integral part of the Instructions to Consultants (ITC) Section2thatisusedtoreflect specific assignment conditions to supplement, but not to over-write, the provisions of the ITC.
Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements
Handover Memorandum shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.2;
Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
Visible sheen means the presence of a film or sheen upon or a discoloration of the surface of the discharge. A sheen can also be from a thin glistening layer of oil on the surface of the discharge.
Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Safety Data Sheet means a safety data sheet within the meaning of regulation 5 of the CHIP Regulations;
IFR means the symbol used to designate the instrument flight rules;
Preliminary plat means a map showing the salient features of a proposed subdivision submitted to an approving authority for purposes of preliminary consideration.
Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;
Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
Standard Specifications means all applicable legal requirements pertaining to the development of the Property including, but not limited to, Master Subdivision Plan, applicable permits, and construction drawings required for all Infrastructure, including, without limitation, the Town's Unified Development Ordinance, Knightdale's Water Allocation Policy (Ordinance # 13-06- 19-001 and Ordinance # 00-00-00-000) and Standard Specifications and Construction Details Manual. The failure of this Agreement to describe any other permit, condition, or term of restriction applicable to the Property does not relieve Developer of the necessity of complying with the same.
Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.
Coupon Sheet means, in respect of a Note, a coupon sheet relating to the Note;
SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.
Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;
Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.
Departmental Schedule , which means the Public Works Department Schedule of Rates in different district of West Bengal for the working area including up-to-date addenda and corrigenda, if any.
Structural Term Sheet shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the February 13, 1995 letter (the "PSA Letter") of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steex & Xamixxxx xx behalf of the Public Securities Association (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available February 17, 1995). The term "Collateral term sheet" as used herein includes any subsequent Collateral term sheet that reflects a substantive change in the information presented. The term "Computational Materials" has the meaning assigned to it in the May 17, 1994 letter (the "Kiddxx xxxter" and together with the PSA Letter, the "No-Action Letters") of Browx & Xood xx behalf of Kiddxx, Xxabody & Co., Inc. (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available May 20, 1994).
Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.
Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
Summary report means the year end report containing the summary of a
Rate Sheet or “Tariff Sheet” means any of the documents filed in accordance with the "Filing Procedures for Electric, Wastewater, Steam and Gas Utilities".
