Superior Courts definition

Superior Courts means the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
Superior Courts means the Supreme Court, the High Court, the Court of Criminal Appeal, the Courts-Martial Appeal Court and the Central Criminal Court”,

  • The parties agree that they will not file any action arising out of this Agreement other than in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia or the State or Superior Courts of Xxxx County, Georgia.

  • In the event a judicial proceeding is necessary, the sole forum for resolving disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are the Municipal and Superior Courts for the County of Orange, California or the Federal District Court for the Central District of California and all related appellate courts, and the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, and that venue shall be in Orange County, California.
