OCEA may appeal this decision to a panel comprised of the Court’s Presiding Judge, Assistant Presiding Judge and one Supervising Judge.
Should the parties be unable to agree on any arbitrator within five (5) days of notice of the arbitration, either party may request that the Supervising Judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court select a retired Los Angeles Superior Court Judge to serve as Arbitrator.
