Supervision Consultant definition

Supervision Consultant means the person appointed by the Authority for discharging the functions as per the terms of this Agreement;
Supervision Consultant means any consultant engaged to supervise and oversee the civil works under Components A1, A2, and B.

Examples of Supervision Consultant in a sentence

  • In unavoidable circumstances, Authority may appoint an officer to act as Authority’s Engineer until appointment of a Consulting Engineering firm/ Supervision Consultant/ PMC.
