Supervision Period definition
Supervision Period means the period from the execution of this Agreement to and including the earlier of (i) the date of delivery of the Vessel pursuant to the Shipbuilding Contract and (ii) the date this Agreement is terminated.
Supervision Period means the period for which a person is placed under supervision pursuant to a supervision order made under section 17;

SECTION 2.1. The Owner hereby appoints the Construction Supervisor, and the Construction Supervisor ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to act as the Owner’s supervisor towards the Builder and as the “Owner’s Representative” under the Shipbuilding Contract for the duration of the Supervision Period and to perform the duties and rights which rest with the Owner regarding the construction and delivery of the Vessel in accordance with all of the provisions of the Shipbuilding Contract.
