Supervisor or Immediate Supervisor definition

Supervisor or Immediate Supervisor means the person immediately in charge or who immediately supervises the employee claiming grievance, and who can institute or effectively recommend the institution of disciplinary action.
Supervisor or Immediate Supervisor when used in this Agreement, shall mean the first supervisory level excluded from the bargaining unit.
