Examples of Supervisory Unit in a sentence

  • Because employees covered by this Agreement are exempt salaried status employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act, they may be periodically required to work irregular or extended hours, shifts, and/or work schedules as part of their regular duties, but the parties agree that the employees in this Supervisory Unit are not entitled to overtime pay.

  • The uniform policy and allowance shall be the same as the POLC Non- Supervisory Unit, with a maximum allotment of eight hundred five ($805.00) dollars.

  • Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.

  • Technical Advisory Committee means the external committee to be established and appointed by the Steering Committee to provide technical input for decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee; and
