Assignment 35.1 Neither the Purchaser nor the Supp lier shall assign,in whole or in p art, their obligations under this Contract, excep t with p rior written consent of the other p arty.

Copyright 18.1 The copyright in all drawings, documents, and other materials containing data and information furnished to the Purchaser by the Supp lier herein shall remain vested in the Supp lier, or, if they are furnished to the Purchaser directly or through the Supp lier by any third party, including suppliers of materials, the copyright in such materials shall 19.
