Supp lier definition

Supp lier means the natural person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, whose bid to perform the Contract has been accep ted by the Purchaser and is named as such in the Contract Agreement.

  • Copyright 18.1 The copyright in all drawings, documents, and other materials containing data and information furnished to the Purchaser by the Supp lier herein shall remain vested in the Supp lier, or, if they are furnished to the Purchaser directly or through the Supp lier by any third party, including suppliers of materials, the copyright in such materials shall 19.

  • Any claims by the Supp lier for adjustment under this Clause must be asserted within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of the Supp lier’s receipt of the Purchaser’s change order.
