Exhibit B METHOD OF PAYMENT The Contractor shall supply the County with a completed IRS W-9 Form. Payments shall be made by warrants payable to the trade or business name of the Contractor, if an EIN number is listed on the form, or to the name of an individual (if a Social Security number is listed on the form).
