Supplement B definition

Supplement B means the supplement to this Plan governing the time and form of payments for participants of the SA Grandfathered Plan, with amounts deferred before January 1, 2005.
Supplement B means: (i) in respect of the GMCL Plan, the benefit determined in accordance with sections 7 and M4.01 of either the 2003 GMCL Plan or the 2007 GMCL Plan, whichever applies as of the Calculation Date; and (ii) in respect of the GD Plan, the benefit determined in accordance with section 7 of either the 2003 GD Plan or the 2006 GD Plan, whichever applies as of the Calculation Date.
