Supplemental Cash definition

Supplemental Cash for any Distribution Date shall mean an amount equal to the sum of the Series Pre-Funding Amount and the Series Aggregate Excess Funding Amount for such Distribution Date. For purposes of this Series Supplement, allocations of Supplemental Cash for any Class shall be made according to the following calculation: the product of (a) the Supplemental Cash and (b) a fraction the numerator of which is the Class Investor Interest for such Class and the denominator of which is the Series Investor Interest. "Swap Counterparty Payment," if applicable, for any Distribution Date, shall have the meaning specified in the Series Term Sheet.
Supplemental Cash for any distribution date means the Series Aggregate Excess Funding Amount for that distribution date. For purposes of this prospectus supplement, allocations of Supplemental Cash for any class shall be made according to the following calculation:

Examples of Supplemental Cash in a sentence

  • A prorata Supplemental Cash Retainer will be paid to any Eligible Participant who is elected by the Board to a position eligible for a Supplemental Cash Retainer on a date other than the beginning of a Plan Year, to reflect the actual number of days served in such eligible capacity during the Plan Year.

  • The amount of the Supplemental Cash Retainers shall be established from time to time by the Board, and shall be set forth in Schedule I, as amended from time to time by the Board.

  • The amount of the Supplemental Cash Retainers shall be established from time to time by the Committee, and shall be set forth in Schedule I, as amended from time to time by the Committee.

  • The first installment of a Prorated Supplemental Cash Retainer shall be paid on or about the first day that such Eligible Participant is elected or appointed to such position and shall be a pro rata amount of the Supplemental Cash Retainer for that fiscal quarter to reflect the actual number of days such Person will serve in such position in that fiscal quarter, with normal quarterly installments to follow for the remainder of the Plan Year, as described above.

  • The Plan sets forth the terms of the Amended and Restated State Street Corporation Supplemental Cash Incentive Plan effective January 1, 2014.

  • If no Election Form is filed or effective, the Base Cash Retainer and/or Supplemental Cash Retainer will be paid in cash.

  • Each Eligible Participant shall elect the form of payment desired for his or her Base Cash Retainer and/or Supplemental Cash Retainer for a Plan Year by delivering a valid Election Form to the Secretary of the Company prior to the beginning of such Plan Year, which will be effective as of the first day of the Plan Year beginning after the Secretary receives the Eligible Participant’s Election Form.

  • Supplemental Amount The amount deposited in the Supplemental Loan Account on the Closing Date, which shall equal $0.00.

  • Excess Cash Flow Application Date as defined in Section 2.12(c).

  • Specified Reserve Fund Balance means, on the Closing Date $3,846,153.85, and with respect to any Payment Date 0.25% of the initial aggregate principal balance of the Receivables as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Specified Reserve Account Balance means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to 1.00% of the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date; provided, however, on any Payment Date after the Notes are no longer Outstanding following payment in full of the principal and interest on the Notes, the “Specified Reserve Account Balance” shall be $0.

  • Consolidated First Lien Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated First Lien Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Special Distribution Date means, with respect to any Special Payment, the Business Day chosen by the Subordination Agent pursuant to Section 2.04(a) for the distribution of such Special Payment in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Group I Senior Percentage As of each Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group I Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) in Loan Group I immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.

  • Supplemental Plan means a written plan for a child outlining the agency's plan to locate a permanent placement for the child and which may be developed concurrently with the case plan.
