Supplemental Due Diligence List definition
Supplemental Due Diligence List means, with respect to any New Collateral, information or deliveries concerning the New Collateral that Buyer shall reasonably request in addition to the Preliminary Due Diligence Package.
Supplemental Due Diligence List means, with respect to any New Loan, information or deliveries concerning such New Loan that Buyer shall request in addition to the Preliminary Due Diligence Package, including, without limitation, a credit approval memorandum representing the final terms of the underlying transaction, a loan-to-value ratio computation and a final debt service coverage ratio computation for such proposed New Loan.
