Supplemental Fund definition

Supplemental Fund means the fund created under Section 5 of this Resolution into which the Supplemental Revenues shall be deposited;
Supplemental Fund means the Phase One Supplemental Fund or the Phase Two Supplemental Fund. “Phase One Supplemental Fund” has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6.10 of this Settlement Agreement. “Phase Two Supplemental Fund” has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6.10 of this Settlement Agreement.
Supplemental Fund means the special purpose fund established by the University to provide benefits under the Supplemental Plan.

  • All income and gain realized from investment of funds deposited in the Adjustable Rate Supplemental Fund, which investment shall be made solely upon the written direction of the Depositor, shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Depositor and shall be remitted by the Trustee to the Depositor within one Business Day after the termination of the Adjustable Rate Supplemental Fund.

  • The Adjustable Rate Supplemental Fund shall be an Eligible Account or a sub-account of an Eligible Account.

Related to Supplemental Fund

  • Supplemental Payment means any payments or transfers of things of value made to the District or to any person or persons in any form if such payment or transfer of thing of value being provided is in recognition of, anticipation of, or consideration for the Agreement and that is not authorized pursuant to Sections 313.027(f)(1) or (2) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, and specifically includes any payments required pursuant to Article VI of this Agreement.

  • Supplemental Loan means any loan that is subordinate to the Senior Indebtedness.

  • Supplemental Trust Agreement means any trust agreement then in full force and effect which has been duly executed and delivered by the Authority and the Trustee amendatory hereof or supplemental hereto; but only if and to the extent that such Supplemental Trust Agreement is executed and delivered pursuant to the provisions hereof.
