Examples of Supplemental Fund in a sentence

  • All income and gain realized from investment of funds deposited in the Adjustable Rate Supplemental Fund, which investment shall be made solely upon the written direction of the Depositor, shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Depositor and shall be remitted by the Trustee to the Depositor within one Business Day after the termination of the Adjustable Rate Supplemental Fund.

  • At no time will the Adjustable Rate Supplemental Fund be an asset of any REMIC created hereunder.

  • For federal income tax purposes, the Depositor shall be the owner of the Adjustable Rate Supplemental Fund and shall report all items of income, deduction, gain or loss arising therefrom.

Related to Supplemental Fund

  • Supplemental Payment means any payments or transfers of things of value made to the District or to any person or persons in any form if such payment or transfer of thing of value being provided is in recognition of, anticipation of, or consideration for the Agreement and that is not authorized pursuant to Sections 313.027(f)(1) or (2) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, and specifically includes any payments required pursuant to Article VI of this Agreement.
