Examples of Supplemental Obligation in a sentence
With respect to each Supplemental Obligation, the particular terms thereof shall be determined and established at or prior to issuance of such Supplemental Obligation in accordance with a Company Order delivered to the Trustee on or prior to the date of issuance of such Supplemental Obligation pursuant to the Indenture identifying a Pricing Supplement (or Pricing Supplements) relating to such Supplemental Obligation (or Supplemental Obligations) and reflecting the final terms thereof.
The terms of provisions of a Pricing Supplement relating to a Supplemental Obligation will be incorporated by reference in, and shall be deemed to be a part of, the Master Note for purposes of the applicable Supplemental Obligation.
The receipt by the Company of immediately available funds in payment for a Book-Entry Security, the entry of the appropriate entries and/or notations in the Trustee’s records relating to the Master Note evidencing the Supplemental Obligation and issuance of the Note representing such Book-Entry Security shall constitute “settlement” with respect to such Book-Entry Security.
The particular terms of each Supplemental Obligation represented by the Master Note will be determined and established by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Indenture.
