Supplemental Servicing Fee Rate. As to any Mortgage Loan and Distribution Date, a fixed rate per annum equal to the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate thereof over 6.75%.
Supplemental Servicing Fee Rate means (1) with respect to any Distribution Date with respect to the Revolving Period or Planned Redemption Period, 0%, (2) with respect to any Distribution Date with respect to the Early Redemption Period if CompuCredit is not the Servicer, 0% and (3) with respect to any Distribution Date with respect to the Early Redemption Period if CompuCredit is the Servicer, 3.9%.
Supplemental Servicing Fee Rate. The fixed rate determined by the Trustee as being necessary to compensate any successor Servicer (in addition to the Servicing Fee then in effect) to service the Assets after an Event of Default pursuant to Section 7.01 of the Standard Terms, which rate shall not exceed the then current "market rate" for servicing a portfolio of assets comparable to the Assets, and shall not be greater than 0.50% per annum.

  • If the amount so allocated to interest is less than the full amount of accrued and unpaid interest due on such Mortgage Loan, the amount of such recovery will be allocated among the Base Servicing Fee at the Base Servicing Fee Rate, the Supplemental Servicing Fee at the Supplemental Servicing Fee Rate and interest at the Remittance Rate in proportion to the amount of such accrued interest which would have been allocated to each such category in the absence of any shortfall.

  • In addition to the Monthly Servicing Fee, there shall also be payable to the Servicer and allocated to the Series 2004-One Noteholders a monthly supplemental servicing fee (the “Monthly Supplemental Servicing Fee”), which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the product of (1) the Supplemental Servicing Fee Rate and (2) the Servicing Base Amount.

  • Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”

  • Special Servicing Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Administration Fee Rate The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate.

  • Master Servicer Remittance Amount With respect to each Master Servicer and each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to (a) all amounts on deposit in such Master Servicer’s Collection Account as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such Master Servicer Remittance Date, net of (b) any portion of the amounts described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following: (i) collected Monthly Payments with respect to any Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period, (ii) to the extent not covered by clause (i) above, any payments of principal (including Principal Prepayments) and interest, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Property serviced by such Master Servicer after the end of the related Collection Period, (iii) any Prepayment Premiums and/or Yield Maintenance Charges Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or successor REO Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer with respect thereto after the end of the related Collection Period, (iv) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds, (v) any amounts payable or reimbursable to any Person from such Collection Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xxii) of Section 3.05(a), and (vi) any amounts deposited in such Collection Account in error; provided that the Master Servicer Remittance Amount with respect to such Master Servicer for the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs in the same calendar month as the anticipated Final Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to clauses (b)(i), (b)(ii), (b)(iii) and (b)(iv) of this definition.

  • Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period.
