Each of Purchaser and Seller further agrees to use reasonable best efforts to certify substantial compliance with any “second request” or similar request for additional information or documentary material from the Department of Justice or the Federal Trade Commission pursuant to the HSR Act, or any Supplementary Information Request from the Canadian Competition Bureau, within 90 days after receipt of such second request or Supplementary Information Request and to produce documents on a rolling basis.
