Supplementary Information Request definition

Supplementary Information Request means a notification from the Commissioner that he requires additional information that is relevant to the Commissioner’s assessment of a transaction under the Competition Act.
Supplementary Information Request means a notification by the Commissioner requesting additional information that is relevant to the Commissioner’s assessment of the Arrangement pursuant to subsection 114(2) of the Competition Act.
