Supplementary Card The Supplementary Card is the Card issued to a Supplementary Cardmember.
Supplementary Material means, collectively, any amendment to or amendment and restatement of the Preliminary Prospectus and/or the Final Prospectus, and any further amendment, amendment and restatement or supplemental prospectus thereto or ancillary materials that may be filed by or on behalf of the Company under Canadian Securities Laws relating to the Distribution of the Offered Securities thereunder;
Supplementary Cardmember means a person who has been nominated by the Cardmember to be issued with an additional Card on the Account and is also covered by the insurance benefits included with the Card.
Supplementary Agreement means the Supplementary Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2;
Supplementary Cardholder means the person who has been issued a Supplementary Card.
Supplementary Conditions means the part of the Contract that amends or supplements the General Conditions;
Supplementary aids and services means aids, services and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings and in extracurricular and nonacademic settings to enable children with disabilities to be educated with children without disabilities to the maximum extent appropriate.

mobility supplement means a supplement to which paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 refers;
Supplementary Offering Document means a document issued to modify, add to, alter and amend, amend and restate or to make any other amendment to the Offering Document in such manner and to such extent as considered expedient for all purposes by the Management Company, with the consent of the Trustee, after seeking approval of the SECP, and the same shall be consolidated, read and construed together with the Offering Document.”
Supplemental Terms means the product specific supplemental terms and conditions which include additional or different terms and conditions to those in the Cloud GTCs for the provision of specific Cloud Services which are made available on http://www.sap.com/company/legal.
Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.
Dietary supplement means a product, other than tobacco, that:

Transportation Code means that portion of Title 49 of the United States Code comprising those provisions formerly referred to as the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, or any subsequent legislation that amends, supplements or supersedes such provisions.
Supplemental Report means a Supplemental Report delivered by the Issuer to Treasury pursuant to the Definitive Agreement.
Documentary evidence means any matter expressed or described upon any substance by means of letters, figures or marks intended to be used for the recording of that matter and produced before a court.
the Second Supplementary Agreement means the Second Supplementary Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 3;
Distribution Code means the Distribution Code of Licenced Distribution Network Operators of Great Britain;
Country Supplement means a supplement to this Prospectus specifying certain information pertaining to the offer of Shares of the Company or a Fund or Class in a particular jurisdiction or jurisdictions.
Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Resources means synchronized and non-synchronized generation resources and Demand Resources electrically located within the PJM Region that are capable of providing Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves.
Resource Adequacy Rulings means CPUC Decisions 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 06- 06-024, 00-00-000 and any subsequent CPUC ruling or decision, or any other resource adequacy laws, rules or regulations enacted, adopted or promulgated by any applicable Governmental Authority, as such CPUC decisions, rulings, laws, rules or regulations may be amended or modified from time to time during the Term.
Documentary draft means a draft to be presented for acceptance or payment if specified documents, certificated securities as defined in section 8102 or instructions for uncertificated securities as defined in section 8102, or other certificates, statements, or the like are to be received by the drawee or other payor before acceptance or payment of the draft.
Supplemental Marketing Material means any Issuer Free Writing Communication other than any Issuer Free Writing Communication specified in Schedule B hereto. Supplemental Marketing Materials include, but are not limited to, any Issuer Free Writing Communication listed on Schedule C hereto.
