Supplied Hardware definition

Supplied Hardware means any Hardware provided by SCC to the Customer for use in connection with the Services or any Hardware repaired by SCC on behalf of the Customer;

Examples of Supplied Hardware in a sentence

  • Pinnacle shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Supplied Hardware, Software and/or Services that is caused by an event, circumstance or cause within the scope of clause 38 or the Customer's acts or omissions, including any failure to provide Pinnacle with adequate delivery instructions.

  • Termination of Services, Project Services, and/or Supplemental Services for any reason by either party immediately nullifies all access to our services and Customer agrees to return any Provider Supplied Hardware within ten (10) days to Centre.

  • City’s purchase of FDS- Supplied Hardware will be governed by the Hardware Terms and Conditions of Sale, a current version of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Without limitation, Pinnacle specifically denies any implied or express representation that the Supplied Hardware or Software will operate in conjunction with any other hardware items or software products or operate uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Pinnacle shall submit invoices for any Supplied Hardware, Software and/or Services that it has supplied, but for which no payment has been received and/or invoice submitted, and the Customer shall pay these invoices immediately on receipt.

  • Subject to annual appropriation, City will pay FDS the FDS Software Subscription License Fee and the fees for the FDS- Supplied Hardware and Services specified in an accepted Order Schedule.
