Examples of Supplied Software in a sentence

  • End User may cancel Maintenance of Supplied Software licensed by Agilos by sending a registered written notice of such cancellation to Agilos at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the Initial Maintenance Period or, following the Initial Maintenance Period, the then-current annual renewal period.

  • To the extent that title to any such work may not, by operation of law, vest in Atos Origin, Customer hereby agrees to assign and, upon their creation, hereby assigns to Atos Origin, without restriction, the ownership of all copyright interests in Supplied Software, without the necessity of any further consideration.

  • GURU is not responsible for the security of the data however populated within such databases and/or hosting space by the Customer, or Customer Supplied Software managed by the Customer and the access to the data that this has.

Related to Supplied Software

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.
