Supplier Competitor definition

Supplier Competitor means any entity set forth in Exhibit 26.
Supplier Competitor means those competitors specified on Exhibit 12.

Examples of Supplier Competitor in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, MetroPCS shall have the right to assign this Agreement to any acquirer of, or successor in interest to, MetroPCS, whether by merger, consolidation, purchase, operation of Law or otherwise (excluding a MetroPCS acquirer or successor in interest that is a Supplier Competitor) or to any Affiliate or Designated Entity at any time upon written notice to Supplier.

More Definitions of Supplier Competitor

Supplier Competitor means a Person that designs, develops, commercializes or markets technology that enables authentication of users wishing to make online payments or access secure on-line services.
Supplier Competitor means those Persons listed on Exhibit T (Competitors) as Supplier Competitors.

Supplier Competitor means (i) any entity or group of entities identified by the Supplier in its absolute discretion, and notified to Digibank from time to time, (an “Identified Competitor”); and (ii) any Affiliate of an Identified Competitor (an “Identified Competitor Affiliate”), and (iii) any consortium which includes an Identified Competitor or an Identified Competitor Affiliate.

  • Direct Competitor means any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, or other group, however organized, who competes with the Company in the full service restaurant business.
