Supplier Content definition

Supplier Content means all content available as part of Supplier Platform which includes video, audio, text or other materials created by, or for which the commercial rights are owned or licensed by, the Supplier and other documents;
Supplier Content means any information that is uploaded by the Supplier or its Nominated Content Provider to XXXXXx.XXX / XXXXXx.xxxxxx
Supplier Content means Content (as defined in Section 3.15) that is owned by Supplier or licensed to Supplier by third parties.

  • Supplier may, from time to time, provide certain graphics, media, and other content to U.S. Communities (collectively "Supplier Content") for use on U.S. Communities websites and for general marketing and publicity purposes.

  • Supplier warrants that: (a) Supplier is the owner of or otherwise has the unrestricted right to grant the rights in and to Supplier Content as contemplated hereunder; and (b) the use of Supplier Content and any other materials or services provided to U.S. Communities as contemplated hereunder will not violate, infringe, or misappropriate the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

  • Supplier agrees to revise, update, and resubmit Supplier Content promptly upon discovering it is inaccurate or incomplete.

  • The Supplier shall use reasonable efforts to respond to all requests by SESAMi for support with respect to the Supplier Content.

Supplier Content means any data loaded on the Marketplace or made accessible from the Marketplace by or on behalf of the Supplier;

Supplier Content means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship of any kind, and documents, information, or other materials that are posted, generated, provided, or otherwise made available through the Services by Supplier, other than User Content. Supplier and its licensors exclusively own all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to the Supplier Content, and also in and to the Platform and the Services, including the Supplier IP. User acknowledges that the Platform, Services, and Supplier Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and other countries. User agrees not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service xxxx, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Platform, Services, or Supplier Content. This Agreement does not convey any proprietary interest in or to any Supplier IP or rights of entitlement to the use thereof except as expressly set forth herein.
Supplier Content means any software, data, text, audio, video, images or other content that the Supplier runs on the Services, causes to interface with the Services, uploads to the Services, or transfers, processes, uses or stores in connection with the Services;
Supplier Content means all (descriptive) information of Activities available on the TourScanner website including but not limited to activity information and descriptions, guest reviews, meta data, details of facilities and (cancellation/no show) policies and general terms of the activities (including any translations thereof) and photos, video, pictures, but excluding rates and availability (including any updates, modifications, replacements, additions or amendments).

By entering into this Agreement, you agree to abide by the Xxxxxxxx.xxx Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy. Xxxxxxxx.xxx may change its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time with or without notice. Your continued use of the Website and the Marketplace Program shall be deemed acceptance of such changes after posting such changes on Xxxxxxxx.xxx. If you do not agree to any changes to the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, stop using the Site immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, amendments to this Agreement are governed by the Exemptions and Amendments section herein. Grant the Seller's Content License Content license. By entering into this Agreement, Seller uses, reproduces, performs, displays, distributes, adapts, modifies, royalty, non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensed, perpetual, irrevocable rights and licenses to Xxxxxxxx.xxx and its affiliates, reformat, create derivative works of any kind for commercial or non-commercial use, incorporate and embed in other works, and distribute the supplier content on the Site and all associated properties. Any changes to the content must be notified to the seller.
