Customer Content definition

Customer Content means all data, text, images, sounds, computer programs, photographs, pictures, illustrations, designs, icons, articles, audio clips, trademarks, logos, and video clips and any other information that is uploaded by or for the Customer in connection with use of the Services, and is owned by the Customer and/or Users including invitees of the Customer.
Customer Content means any data, file attachments, text, images, reports, personal information, or other content that is uploaded or submitted to an online Service by Customer or Users and is Processed by Smartsheet on behalf of Customer.
Customer Content means data (including but not limited to all text, sound, video, and image files), software (including machine images), and other information Customer or End Users store, use or make available to Dell on the APEX Service. Customer Content does not include System Data relating to Customer’s or End Users’ use of the APEX Service and which is described in the Service Offering Description.

Examples of Customer Content in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Customer hereby grants to Kong a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to process the Customer Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the services to Customer, or as may be required by law.

  • Customer warrants that (i) it has the right to transmit Customer Content as part of the Cloud Services or any other service that Company may provide in connection with delivering Products to Customer and (ii) its use of Cloud Services will not cause the transmission of spam, unsolicited messages, or infringing, offensive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content that violates applicable law.

  • Thereafter, (i) Kong will have no further obligation to make the Konnect Cloud Service available or to retain Customer Content, (ii) Customer will have no further access to Customer Content held through the Konnect Cloud Service, and (iii) Customer will cease use of and access to Konnect Cloud Service for all purposes whatsoever and will delete all copies of Documentation, Konnect Cloud Services passwords or access codes, and any other Kong Confidential Information in its possession.

  • Company shall have the right to invoice Customer and Customer shall pay for any use of the Cloud Service past the date of termination other than Customer's access to download Customer Content.

  • Customer will have up to 30 calendar days from the effective date of termination or expiration of this Agreement or an Order Form (if not renewed), if it has paid all amounts due under this Agreement, to access the Konnect Cloud Service solely to retrieve available Customer Content, but may not use the Konnect Cloud Service to manage Software or for any other purposes, and for such retrieval purposes only this Agreement and the applicable Order Form will survive for such period.


More Definitions of Customer Content

Customer Content means any material that is (i) entered into the Sprinklr Account by Customer, an Agency or employee on behalf of or under the direction of Customer or (ii) published through the Sprinklr Account to the Connected Services for which Sprinklr has Connected Services Authorization.
Customer Content means the content of calls, facsimiles, SMS messages, voicemails, voice recordings, shared files, conferences or other communications transmitted or stored through the Services.
Customer Content means Content Customer or End Users load or use on the APEX Service. Customer Content does not include configuration, performance, and/or usage data that Dell collects in connection with the APEX Service.
Customer Content means all content Customer, or others acting on behalf of or through Customer, posts or otherwise inputs into the Services.
Customer Content means software (including machine images), data, text, audio, video, images, or other content of yours or a third-party that you or your Representative utilize with a Product or upload or transfer to the MCE Service.
Customer Content means (i) any data uploaded to a Cloud Service for storage or data in Customer's computing environment to which Company is provided access in order to perform Cloud Services or (ii) disclosed by Customer to Company for the purpose of receiving Maintenance and/or Consulting Services. Customer Content may be confidential in nature and is subject to the standard of care set forth in Section 6.
Customer Content means content, data, and information, including text, graphics, videos, or other material, submitted, uploaded, imported, or otherwise provided to or through the Services by Customer or by a third party on behalf of or for the benefit of Customer, including Customer’s customers, prospective customers, and Users of the Services.
