Supplier Documentation. – means documentation and other documents of a technical nature, including accompanying technical documentation, quality management program, operating regulations, spare part specification, demonstration documentation, documentation for maintenance implementation, training program, start-up project, warranty test and measurement project, corrected Detailed Design Documentation, As-Built Documentation and specification of common repairs and faults, which the Contractor shall deliver to the Client within the scope and deadlines specified in Annex No. 8.
Supplier Documentation means Supplier Proprietary Documentation, Supplier Modified Documentation, Embedded Supplier Proprietary Documentation, Supplier Third Party Documentation, and Embedded Supplier Third Party Documentation.
Supplier Documentation has the meaning given to it in Clause 13 (SUPPLIER DOCUMENTATION);
