Supplier shall provide the Services to Customer in compliance with, and shall cause all Service Locations, Supplier Software, Developed Supplier Software and Supplier Hardware used to provide the Services to comply with (1) all Supplier Laws and (2) Customer's directions with respect to Customer Laws and any Laws that apply to Customer's clients.
The Parties agree that nothing in this Agreement shall operate to transfer ownership of any Supplier Hardware to any of the Users, unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing.
The Supplier agrees that, throughout the term of this Agreement, it will make available the Supplier Hardware for use by or on behalf of the Company and the ScottishPower Group Companies (together, the “Users”) to the extent and for the purposes reasonably required by the Users.

Before delivering any item of Supplier Hardware to the Site, the Supplier shall procure that the third party manufacturers carry out reasonable tests to ensure that such item is in operable condition and is capable of meeting the requirements of the Technical Specification once properly installed.
Supplier shall provide to Client in January of each year of the Term an inventory, effective January 1 in any given year, of all Supplier Hardware located on the Client Sites and utilized by Supplier in the provision of the Services.

Customer shall bear the costs of access, de-installation, reinstallation and transportation of Supplier Hardware to Supplier and back to Customer.
