Supplier Hub definition

Supplier Hub means a Supplier and a particular group of its Agents comprising a Data Collector, Data Aggregator and Meter Operator. (Schedule 2 of the SAS)

Examples of Supplier Hub in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall maintain throughout the duration of this Agreement (and a period of six years thereafter for professional indemnity insurance) the minimum insurance cover levels and types of insurance set out at the Supplier Hub.

  • A list of the beneficiaries as at the Commencement Date is set out at the Supplier Hub.

  • A list of the ODEON Affiliates as at the Commencement Date is set out at the Supplier Hub.

  • Current copies of ODEON’s Policies can be downloaded from the Supplier Hub.

  • The Supplier shall raise separate invoices depending on the Location of the supply of the Goods and/or Services in question as can be found at the Supplier Hub.

  • This Marketplace Supplier Hub Agreement is executed by the authorised representatives of the Parties as an agreement.

  • Seller and its subcontractors shall abide and act in compliance with the latest version of the Supplier Code of Conduct located on the CentroMotion Supplier Hub webpage.

  • If you do not provide any Supplier Terms, then the InfoTrack Services Agreement will apply to provision of the Supplier Products to Customers via the Marketplace Supplier Hub.

  • In certain territories, the Supplier shall raise additional separate invoices depending on the Location of the provision of the Services in question details as can be found at the Supplier Hub.
