Supplier Licence definition

Supplier Licence has the meaning given in the Network Rail Standards inter alia Network Rail Standard NR/L1/CPR/103 [Surety means [complete name of surety]]10 Taking Over11 means the taking over by Network Rail of responsibility for maintenance of the Works (or the relevant part of the Works where as detailed in paragraph 12 of Schedule 3, not all of the Works will be taken over by Network Rail) and shall occur on the Taking Over Date and "Taken Over" shall be construed accordingly Taking Over Certificate means the certificate referred to in Standard NR/L2/MTC/089 and recorded in form NR/L2/MTC/089/AMP015 Taking Over Date means the date on which Network Rail countersigns the Taking Over Certificate in accordance with clause 10.7 Variation means any change or variation to:
Supplier Licence means a licence granted or to be granted under section 7A(1) of the Act;

Related to Supplier Licence

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.
