Purchaser shall cooperate with Supplier in obtaining the Supplier Permits.
Purchaser shall have no obligation to obtain any Supplier Permit; provided that, Purchaser shall cooperate with Supplier in Supplier’s efforts to obtain Supplier Permits.
Supplier shall secure and pay for all Supplier Permits required for the Delivery of the Supply Items to the Designated Delivery Location.

Supplier is (or will be prior to performing any Equipment Supply Obligations at the Project Site) the holder of all Supplier Permits required to permit it to operate or conduct its business now and as contemplated by this Agreement.
Supplier shall perform the Equipment Supply Obligations and all of its obligations hereunder in a workmanlike manner, using new materials, and in compliance, in all material respects, with Applicable Laws, the Supplier Permits, those Buyer Permits, copies of which were delivered to Supplier pursuant to Section , Prudent Wind Industry Practices, the Technical Specifications and the other requirements of this Agreement (collectively, the “Supplier Requirements”), all as more particularly described herein.
Reasonably promptly following receipt thereof, Supplier shall deliver copies to Buyer of all such Supplier Permits that are reasonably likely to have an impact on Buyer’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Acknowledgement by the Contracting Entity of such copies shall not in any way affect the Supplier's obligations or relieve the Supplier from his obligations under this clause 5.3 (Supplier Permits) or clause 5.10 (Compliance with Applicable Laws).
