Distributor agrees that all inventions, know-how and ideas it obtains from Supplier and all other business, technical and financial information it obtains from Supplier are the confidential property of Supplier ("Proprietary Information").
In the case of Supplier, Proprietary Information shall include financial information, account information, information regarding Supplier’s business plans and operations, and proprietary software, tools and methodologies owned by Supplier and used in the performance of the Services.
