Supply Amount definition

Supply Amount means, with respect to each Dispatch ------------- Hour, the amount of Energy and Ancillary Services, not to exceed the Asset Bundle Capacity for such Dispatch Hour, requested by Buyer to be delivered by Supplier during any Dispatch Hour. The Supply Amount for any Dispatch Hour shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.
Supply Amount means, with respect to any Dispatch Hour, the amount of Energy stated in Exhibit 13 unless reduced pursuant to Section 12.1.2 (Planned Outage), Section 11.6 (Emergency), or as may be adjusted pursuant to Section 3.7.1 and Section 3.7.2 (Adjustment to Supply Amount). Supply Amount means, with respect to any Delivery Hour, the amount of Energy stated in Exhibit 13.

Examples of Supply Amount in a sentence

  • Supplier shall make available to Buyer and Buyer shall offer to pass through the Energy portion of Ancillary Services with respect to the Supply Amount to the ISA, or Control Area Operator, at the Price Ceiling of Energy (plus expected direct transaction costs).

  • If Supplier's schedule of Ancillary Services is less than the Supply Amount of Ancillary Services in any Dispatch Hour during a month, Supplier shall reimburse Buyer for such Replacement Costs for the difference between Supplier's schedule and the Supply Amount of Ancillary Services.

More Definitions of Supply Amount

Supply Amount means the “Supply Amount” as defined in the Power Purchase Agreement.
Supply Amount means, with respect to any Contract Year, the annual amount of Energy stated in Exhibit 13, in each case unless reduced pursuant to this Agreement. The Supply Amount is firm for Energy, subject to the requirements of this Agreement.

Supply Amount means with respect to any full Contract Year, the annual amount of Energy and RECs stated in Exhibit 3.1A, in each case unlessreduced pursuant to this Agreement. The Supply Amount is non-firm, subject to the requirements of this Agreement.

  • Reply Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Supply Period means the period commencing on the Supply Period Start Date and terminating on the Termination Date.

  • Indefinite quantity contract means a fixed price contract that:

  • Net Sales Price means the gross sales price to retailers of all Licensed Products sold under this Agreement or, with respect to Licensed Products that are not sold directly or indirectly to retailers, other ultimate consumers (as in the case of accommodation sales by Licensee to its employees or sales by Licensee in its own shops), less trade discounts, merchandise returns, sales tax (if separately identified and charged) and markdowns and/or chargebacks which, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, would normally be treated as deductions from gross sales, and which, in any event, do not include any chargebacks or the like for advertising, fixture or retail shop costs or contributions. In the event Licensee shall sell Licensed Products to its affiliates, royalties shall be calculated on the basis of such a bona fide wholesale price irrespective of Licensee's internal accounting treatment of such sale unless such products are sold by its affiliates directly to the end-user consumer, in which case royalties shall be calculated on the basis of the price paid by the end-user consumer, less applicable taxes. Licensee shall identify separately in the statements provided to Licensor pursuant to paragraph 7 hereof, all sales to affiliates. At least once annually and no later than 90 days after the close of Licensee's fiscal year, Licensee shall furnish to Licensor a statement of the Net Sales Price of all Licensed Products sold during the year just ended, which shall be certified by the independent auditor for Licensee as correct and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Minimum Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(iv).

If the Closing Sales Price cannot be calculated for such security on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sales Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as reasonably determined by an investment banking firm selected by the Corporation, with the costs of such appraisal to be borne by the Corporation.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Excess Cash Amount means, as of any Excess Cash Measurement Date, (a) the total amount of Unrestricted Cash, less (b) the sum of (i) the applicable Minimum Cash Threshold hereto corresponding to such Excess Cash Measurement Date, (ii) the total amount of scheduled payments due by OEC and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, under (x) the New Notes and (y) any other Permitted Indebtedness in each case in the subsequent twelve (12) month period, (iii) projected expenses for the Issuer to conduct its operations during the subsequent twelve (12) month period, including any foreign currency conversion expenses and (iv) for any Excess Cash Measurement Date through (and including) December 31, 2024, any Fines due by OEC and its Subsidiaries for the subsequent twelve (12) month period; less (c) an amount equal to the Required Gross-Up; provided that any items already deducted from cash and short-term investments of OEC and its Subsidiaries for purposes of determining Unrestricted Cash shall not be deducted again for purposes of determining the Excess Cash Amount.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Maximum Commitment Amount means Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00).
