Supply Chain Contracts definition

Supply Chain Contracts means the supply Contracts set forth on Section 12.07(b)(iv) of the Seller Disclosure Schedules.
Supply Chain Contracts means Contracts entered into between the Contractor and his Supply Chain and or between members of his Supply Chain.
