  • Whenever Seller has knowledge that any actual or potential labor dispute is delaying or threatens to delay timely performance of this AGREEMENT, Seller shall immediately give notice to ▇▇▇▇▇’s Supply Chain Representative and provide all relevant information including, but not limited to, nature of dispute, labor organizations involved, contingency plans regarding the protection of Buyer’s AGREEMENT, and estimated duration.
