Support and Maintenance Period definition

Support and Maintenance Period means the period specified in the Agreement with respect to which Client has paid the appropriate fees.
Support and Maintenance Period means the period specified in the applicable Order Form with respect to which Licensee has paid Support and Maintenance Fees.
Support and Maintenance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit D.

  • For perpetual licenses, Support and Maintenance may be renewed for the first renewal period (the duration of which may be no shorter than one year and no longer than the length of the initial maintenance period) for the same annual rate paid during the first Support and Maintenance Period.
